I am an X-BBC luvvie turned effusive Horticulturist sharing my love for Nature & Dhamma.
Since my teenage years I have been exploring Non-dualism/Contemplative Arts & Sciences. I hold a BA Hons in Philosophy (special focus on Eastern Philosophy, particularly Nāgārjuna & Prajñāpāramitā) and MA in Continental Philosophy and have trained in MBSR, & Kundalini Yoga. I am a Dhamma Practitioner in the threefold cultivation of Śīla, Ānāpānasati & Vipassanā.
